The system consists of (1) a plastic carboy cap (modified), (2) a 3/8" OD plastic siphon tube, 26" long, which can be either curved or straight (your choice), (3) a nipple for connecting 1/4" ID tubing from the gas regulator, (4) and a releasable cable tie for holding the cap snugly in place.

Notice that air is TOTALLY excluded from the system, except for the receiving vessel.  That can be sparged, if you desire.   And since you are using pressure (not gravity), the receiving vessel can be at the same level or slightly higher than the source vessel.

The carboy shown is a 6 gallon size.  The cap for this size will fit all glass carboys 6 gallon and smaller.  The 7 gallon carboys have a smaller neck, so you will need to specify which size carboys you use, or buy one of each size.  I do not have a cap to fit the 5 gallon plastic carboys, but I am working on it.
