To the right is the tank and regulator.  In this case, I am using argon, but you can use Nitrogen or Carbon Dioxide, as you prefer.  Make sure the regulator has a pressure controlled output.

DO NOT use a flow meter output.
It will overpressurize the system!

           In the center is the carboy from which wine is being removed.  The "Beagle Pup" is attached.

          To the  left is a receiving vessel.  There could be a filter in between, or the receiving vessels could be bottles.
